How we do it? We work on partnerships with organisations and communities to help run, facilitate or support projects – both financially and in other ways – that improve countryside access.
Improving countryside access will enable communities to get outdoors and connect with nature, which in turn will have a positive impact to their health and wellbeing.
We are looking for walk ideas for Walk Norfolk 2024, do you have a walk you would like to see featured? Can your organisation deliver a unique themed walk in Norfolk? Are you a landowner who would like to be a part of a walking festival? We are looking for new partners to work with for this years walking festival and would love to hear from you.
contact usAt Pathmakers we will provide a range of resources. From walkers, walk organisers and leaders, Parish and Town Councils, and other organisations keen to encourage walking across Norfolk. This will include topics such as the countryside code, what to wear on a walk, how to audit a route, training and lots more.

We are not responsible for footpaths or trails in Norfolk but work with key stakeholders to improve access. We welcome your comments, questions, or ideas on anything walking or improving access related in Norfolk. If we are unable to assist, we will direct you to those who can.
